摘  要:针对就业供需主体选择的双向性以及就业偏好的不确定性问题,从就业单位与劳动者的双边匹配视域,提出了双边主体不确定偏好信息表述与融合的就业匹配决策方法.首先,分别给出劳动者与就业单位主体的分布式偏好评价矩阵,然后基于证据推理的信息融合方法获得双方主体的匹配满意度效用值,最后构建劳动者与就业单位的供需匹配模型并通过应用算例进行验证与分析,研究表明模型能够提高劳动者与就业单位匹配的满意度,促进匹配方案的稳定性.In view of the two-way choice of the subject of employment supply and demand and the uncertainty of employment preference,this paper proposes a job matching decision-making method based on the expression and integration of bilateral subject uncertainty preference information from the perspective of two-sided matching between employment units and laborers.Firstly,the distributed preference evaluation matrix of laborers and employment units is given respectively.And then the utility value of matching satisfaction of both subjects is obtained by the information fusion method based on evidential reasoning.Finally,the model of supply and demand matching between laborers and employment units is constructed and verified by application examples.The research shows that the model can improve the satisfaction of the matching between laborers and employment units and promote the stability of matching schemes.
