摘  要:人工智能技术发展方兴未艾,研究人工智能技术产学研合作创新的区域网络特征具有一定的理论和现实意义.以我国其中31个省市区2009-2018年人工智能技术产学研合作发明专利数据为样本,运用社会网络分析方法,定量分析我国人工智能技术产学研合作创新区域网络特征.目前我国人工智能技术产学研合作创新活动日益频繁,但是专利合作度较低、网络密度较小且节点分布不均,呈现出一定的小世界性;部分省市区的中心度较高,呈现一定程度的聚集趋势,网络中参与节点迅速增多、合作规模增大,但不同省市区获取和利用资源的能力存在较大差异.The development of artificial intelligence technology is in the ascendant,and it has certain theoretical and practical significance to study the regional network characteristics of artificial intelligence technology industry-university-research cooperative innovation.This article uses the data of artificial intelligence technology industry-university-research cooperative invention patent data in 31 provinces and municipalities in my country from 2009 to 2018 as samples,and uses social network analysis methods to quantitatively analyze the characteristics of my country’s artificial intelligence technology industry-university-research cooperative innovation regional network.At present,my country’s artificial intelligence technology industry-university-research cooperative innovation activities are becoming more frequent,but the patent cooperation degree is low,the network density is small,and the node distribution is uneven,showing a certain small world;the centrality of some provinces and municipalities Higher,showing a certain degree of aggregation trend,the number of participating nodes in the network is increasing rapidly,and the scale of cooperation is increasing,but there are big differences in the ability of different provinces and municipalities to obtain and use resources.
