基于灰色熵权模型的中国计算机信息服务贸易国际竞争力研究

摘　　要：通过常用贸易绩效评价指数对中国、印度、爱尔兰等9个国家的计算机信息服务贸易国际竞争力进行测度,并借助熵权法确定综合国际竞争力指数,然后基于产业高质量发展理念构建我国计算机信息服务贸易国际竞争力影响因素评价指标体系,进而采用灰色关联分析法测算不同影响因素指标与该产业综合国际竞争力指数的关联度.结果显示,我国该产业国际竞争力逐年增强,与创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、共享发展和开放发展五个维度都存在明显关联.建议通过深化国际合作与市场拓展、强化专利运营与创新投入、加强外资利用与人才培养等方式提升该产业国际竞争力.Through common trade performance evaluation indexes to measure the international competitiveness of computer information service trade in 9 countries including China,India,and Ireland,and use the entropy weight method to determine the comprehensive international competitiveness index,and then build an international competitiveness influencing factors evaluation index system of China’s computer information service from the perspective of high-quality industrial development,and then using the gray correlation analysis method to measure the correlation between different influence factor indicators and the comprehensive competitiveness index.The results show that the international competitiveness of China’s computer information services has been increasing year by year,and it is significantly correlated with all the influence factors,which is significantly correlated with five indicators of innovative development,coordinated development,green development,shared development and open development.The Suggestions to enhance the international competitiveness of China’s computer information services include deepening international cooperation and market expansion,strengthening patent operations and innovation investment,strengthening the use of foreign capital and talent training.
