摘　　要：进入新时期后,部分区域地都在着眼于开发城市地下空间。这是由于地下空间如果能予以优化利用,将有助于实现现阶段用地紧缺状况的全面缓解,同时也消除了突显的城市能源短缺、人口增多以及城市当地污染等难题。因此,目前来看,有关部门有必要将关注点全面集中于利用以及开发城市现存的地下空间,在全面明晰现阶段开发利用难题的基础上给出可行的开发建议。After entering the new era,some regions are focusing on the development of urban underground space.This is because if the underground space can be optimally used,it will help to realize the overall alleviation of the current land shortage,and it will also eliminate the prominent urban energy shortage,population increase,and urban local pollution problems.Therefore,at present,it is necessary for the relevant departments to focus on the utilization and development of the existing underground space in the city,and give feasible development suggestions on the basis of comprehensively clarifying the development and utilization problems at this stage.
