摘　　要：为适应船舶压载水产业市场需求,根据大规模定制生产模式的普遍共性和船舶压载水产业生产运营的特殊性,探索符合企业实际的生产计划管理方法。文章研究了生产计划管理的层次,以及基于约束理论的主生产计划管理方法,结合公司实际,总结船舶压载水产业计划管理模式,创新性的建立动态集成化计划管理模型,优化公司船舶压载水产业生产计划的管理方法,规范计划管理相关工作。In order to meet the market demand of ship ballast aquaculture,the paper explored the production planning management method in line with the actual situation of enterprises according to the generality of mass customization production mode and the particularity of ship ballast aquaculture production.The paper studies the level of production plan management,and the master production plan based on the Theory of Constraints management method,combining the reality of the company,summarize the ship ballast aquaculture plan management mode,innovative dynamic integration plan management model is set up,company management of ship ballast aquaculture production planning optimization method,standard project management related work.
