摘 要:本文依托现场工程,介绍桩侧及桩端组合后压浆工艺关键控制技术,开展竖向受荷作用下后压浆组合桩现场静载试验研究,分析其承载性能及后压浆工艺对桩基承载力的增强作用机理。试验结果表明,试桩桩顶荷载-沉降曲线为缓变型,竖向承载力大于6300kN,满足工程设计要求。后压浆组合桩可通过浆液对桩端持力层及桩周泥皮的渗透、压密、劈裂作用改善桩-土界面及桩周土体力学性能,从而提高桩基承载力,减少沉降量,具有显著的经济和社会效益。In this paper,the key control factors of the composite post-grouting technology for pile side and end are introduced,based on the in-situ engineering.To analyze the enhancement mechanism of post-grouting technology on the bearing capacity of pile foundation,the field static load test of post-grouting composite pile under vertical load is carried out.The test result shows that the pile head load-settlement curve of the test pile is slowly variable,and the vertical bearing capacity is greater than 6300kN,which satisfies the engineering design requirements.The mechanical properties of the pile-soil system can be improved through the penetration,compaction and splitting of the slurry on the bearing layer at the pile end and the mud skin around the pile.The bearing capacity of post-grouting composite pile is improved and the settlement is reduced,which has remarkable economic and social benefits.
