摘  要:本文研究采用脱氨膜集成装置,以50%硫酸做吸收剂吸收去除渗滤液中的氨氮。研究结果表明,膜吸收法对渗滤液中的氨氮有较好的处理效果,当含氨废水的pH为11.5,温度为40~45℃,单支膜的氨氮去除率为55%,4000 mg/L氨氮的可去除至70 mg/L,3200 mg/L氨氮的可去除至30 mg/L。将药剂成本压缩至33元/m^(3),在25℃的状态下脱氨,氨氮可从3310 mg/L脱至2880 mg/L。In this paper,the ammonia nitrogen in leachate was treated by using 50%sulfuric acid as absorbent in a deamination membrane integrated device.The results show that the membrane absorption method has a good effect on the treatment of ammonia nitrogen in leachate.When the pH of ammonia wastewater is 11.5 and the temperature is 40~45℃,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of a single membrane is 55%,the removal rate of 4000 mg/L ammonia nitrogen can reach 70 mg/L,and that of 3200 mg/L ammonia nitrogen can reach 30 mg/L.When the cost of the reagent is reduced to 33 yuan/m^(3),ammonia nitrogen can be removed from 3310 mg/L to 2880 mg/L at 25℃.
