摘 要:水体中富含磷酸盐等含磷物质导致水体富营养化,严重危害生态环境和人类健康。生物除磷主要利用微生物、植物将磷储存在生物体内,从而除去水体中的含磷物质。其中,聚磷菌是主要的除磷微生物,在厌氧条件下合成除磷所需的能量物质,好氧条件下将含磷物质转化吸收在细胞内。铁盐和铝盐作为常用的生物除磷辅助试剂,一方面通过沉淀、絮凝等作用提高沉淀除磷效果,另一方面通过刺激聚磷菌生长、提高酶促反应活性等作用提高生物除磷效果,从而达到强化除磷的目的。最后,本文对除磷工艺优化、磷的回收与资源化等方面进行了展望。The abundance of phosphorous substances including phosphate in aqueous system results in water eutrophication,which is a serious threat to the ecological environment and human health.Biological phosphorous removal(BPR)is a method that uses microorganism,plant to adsorb and remove phosphorous from aqueous solution into their bodies.Phosphate accumulating organism(PAO),a main phosphorous removal microorganism,can synthesize energy substances for phosphorous removal in anaerobic condition,on the other hand,it can also absorb phosphorous substances into cells in aerobic condition.Ferric and aluminum salts are commonly used auxiliary reagents enhancing BPR through different ways:in one way they can remove phosphorous substances by precipitation and flocculation,in the other way they can stimulate PAO growth and improve the enzymatic activities.Finally,we also prospect the future researches such as the optimization of phosphorous removal process,phosphorous recovery and recycling.
