摘  要:安全填埋场的危废渗滤液是一种典型的高盐、高重金属含量的有机废水,设计采用混凝沉淀+三效蒸发+膜生物处理(MBR)组合工艺进行处理。首先采用还原中和及混凝沉淀工艺去除危废渗滤液中大部分的重金属,而后利用三效蒸发结晶工艺对废水进行脱盐,蒸发冷凝液中含有少量有机物。采用MBR对蒸发冷凝液进行深度处理,超滤清液水质较好可回用于生产,从而实现危废渗滤液的零排放处置。The leachate from safe landfill is a typical organic wastewater with high salt and heavy metal content,which is treated by the combined process of coagulation sedimentation,three effect evaporation,membrane biological treatment(MBR)and so on.Firstly,the reduction neutralization and coagulation precipitation process were used to remove most of the heavy metals in the hazardous waste leachate,and then the three-way evaporation crystallization process was used to desalinate the wastewater,and the evaporation condensate contained a small amount of organic matter.MBR is used for advanced treatment of evaporation condensate,and the quality of ultrafiltration clear liquid is good,which can be reused in production,so as to realize zero discharge disposal of hazardous waste leachate.
