摘  要:为保证处理后出水达到冷却塔回用水标准,垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液的深度处理一般采用NF+RO、DTRO等膜处理工艺,这不可避免地产生膜浓缩液。膜浓缩液产量较大,约为渗滤液处理量的30%~40%,具有高CODCr、高盐分、可生化性极差等特点,是目前国内外污水处理界公认的难题。近年兴起采用碟式反渗透(DTRO)膜对膜浓缩液进行减量化处理,以减轻膜浓缩在厂内消纳的压力。本文介绍了DTRO工艺在膜浓缩液的减量化处理中的应用情况:DTRO工艺能减少65%膜浓缩液的量,并且产水水质能达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T19923-2005)中敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水标准(循环冷却水系统换热器为非铜质)。In order to ensure that the treated effluent meets the reuse standard of cooling tower,NF+RO,DTRO and other membrane treatment processes are generally used for the advanced treatment of leachate in waste incineration power plant,which inevitably produces membrane concentrate.The output of membrane concentrate is large,about 30%~40%of the treatment capacity of leachate.It has the characteristics of high CODCr,high salinity and poor biodegradability.It is a recognized problem in the field of sewage treatment at home and abroad.In recent years,disc-tube reverse osmosis(DTRO)membrane is used to reduce the amount of membrane concentrate,so as to reduce the pressure of consuming membrane concentration in the plant.This paper introduces the application of DTRO process in the reduction treatment of membrane concentrate:DTRO process can reduce the amount of membrane concentrate by 65%,and the produced water quality can meet the supplementary water standard of open circulating cooling water system in"The reuse of urban recycling water-Water quality standard for industrial uses"(GB/T19923-2005)(the heat exchanger of the circulating cooling water system is non-copper).
