便携式洗车废水处理装置的研究及应用

摘　　要：洗车废水的处理受占地面积和传统处理工艺的限制,往往不经处理而直接排放,造成大量自来水的浪费。便携一体式洗车废水处理装置采用小型预处理过滤器及超滤膜过滤技术,有效地解决了传统处理装置占地面积大、操作维护复杂的限制问题。经过对该装置的运行表明,洗车废水采用该装置处理后完全达到了回用水标准,可重复回用于洗车。The treatment of car washing wastewater is limited by the area of land and the traditional treatment process,and often discharged directly without treatment,which not only causes a large waste of tap water,but also affects the surrounding environment and increases the operating load of sewage plant.Portable integrated car washing wastewater treatment device adopts small pretreatment filter and ultrafiltration membrane filtration technology,and ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection treatment is adopted at the end of the device,which effectively solves the limitation of the traditional treatment device,which covers an area of large,complex operation and maintenance.The operation of the device shows that the car washing wastewater treated by the device completely reaches the reuse water standard,and can be reused for car washing.
