摘　　要：介绍了茂名石化糠醛装置的技术改造,糠醛萃取塔增加了中段冷循环流程,提高了每层塔盘间的温差,提高了精制油的氧化安定性、抗乳化性,同时提高了精制油的收率,精制油收率提高两个百分点以上,年增产精制油约5000吨,年创效益200万元,本次改造投资低见效快,解决了糠醛装置的产品质量问题,对糠醛同类型的装置改造提供了有益的经验。The technical renovation of Furfural Unit in Maoming Petrochemical Company has increased the middle stage cold cycle flow,increased the temperature difference between trays,improved the oxidation stability and emulsifying resistance of refined oil,and increased the yield of refined oil,the yield of refined oil increased by more than two percent,and the annual output of refined oil increased by about 5000 tons,with an annual profit of 2 million yuan.
