摘　　要：随着汽车行业的迅猛发展及环保严格要求,国家对排放有了更高的控制,对车用柴油的质量提出了新的要求。柴油质量升级换代是全国炼油厂的热点问题。本文对中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司炼油二部1#加氢柴油升级采用的柴油加氢改质MHUG装置的运行情况进行了分析,提出优化探讨。并结合国家清洁柴油国Ⅵ的标准,对装置未来生产国Ⅵ柴油问题提出新建议。通过技术改进,使塔河炼化不仅能满足柴油国Ⅴ的质量要求,还可以满足柴油国Ⅵ的生产标准。Nowadays,the automobile industry have developed fast and more and more strict demand of environment protection,the state has promulgated strict regulations on exhaust emissions which demand the automobile industry to adopt new emission control technology.Upgrading the quality of diesel is a hot spot in domestic refineries.An analysis of the operation of the diesel hydro grading MHUG unit used in upgrading the 1#hydrogenated diesel oil from the second refining unit of Tahe Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd,several technical options about upgrading the quality of diesel were proposed.Combined with national clean diesel Ⅵ standards,several technical proposals for the Ⅵ of diesel fuel in future producer countries.Propose new technical solutions to the problem of diesel fuel Ⅵ future producers and solutions to possible problems,taking into account national Ⅵ standards for clean diesel fuel.Through technical improvement,Tahe Refining can not only meet the quality requirements of diesel country Ⅴ,but also meet the Ⅵ production standards of diesel country.
