摘　　要：基于美司那与甲基紫发生加成反应,首次提出加成反应褪色分光光度法测定美司那含量的新方法。碱性三苯甲烷类染料甲基紫的测定波长在580 nm处,加成反应后形成了无色的硫醚衍生物,据此建立了分析方法,其工作曲线的线性范围在2.0~40.0 mg/L,成功地测定了美司钠注射剂的含量,与文献提供的硫氰酸铁光度法所测结果一致。Based on the addition reaction of mesna with methyl violet,the new fading photometric method was proposed for determination of mesna injection.The determined wavelength is at 580 nm with the linear range at the mesna concentration range of 2.0~40.0 mg/L.The proposed method was successfully determined the content of mesna injection in accordance with the data of iron thiocyanate spectrophotometric determination.
