基于旷场实验探究二十味沉香丸对卒中后PTSD模型大鼠的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:观察二十味沉香丸对卒中后创伤后应激障碍(post traumatic stress disorder,PTSD)模型大鼠的调节作用。方法:将42只大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、二十味沉香丸组、帕罗西汀组。正常组及假手术组每组6只,模型组、二十味沉香丸组及帕罗西汀组每组10只。造模后2周,每天分别给予相对应的药物或生理盐水进行灌胃,静养1周后进行旷场实验,检测各组间大鼠行为学变化。结果:运动总距离、穿格次数,模型组与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);运动总距离、穿格次数、直立次数、直立时间、修饰次数及修饰时间,模型组与假手术组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);运动总距离、穿格次数、直立次数及直立时间,二十味沉香丸组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);运动总距离、穿格次数及直立次数,帕罗西汀组与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二十味沉香丸对卒中后PTSD模型大鼠焦虑样行为具有一定的改善作用。Objective:To observe the regulatory effects of Ershiwei Chenxiang pills on rat model with PTSD.Methods:All 42 rats were randomized into the normal group,sham operation group,the model group,Ershiwei Chenxiang pills group and paroxetine group,six rats in the normal group and sham operation group,ten rats in the model group,Ershiwei Chenxiang pills group and paroxetine group.Within two weeks after successfully modeling,the rats were drenched with the corresponding medicine or physiological saline respectively,after a week of rest,open field experiment was used to detect behavioral changes of rats in different groups.Results:The difference had statistical meaning between the model group and the normal group in the total distance and the times of crossing(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant between the model group and sham operation group in the total distance,the times of crossing,standing times,standing time,modification times and modification time(P<0.05);the difference was significant between Ershiwei Chenxiang pills group and the model group in the total distance,the times of crossing,standing times,standing time(P<0.05);the difference had statistical meaning between paroxetine group and the model group in the total distance,the times of crossing,standing times(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ershiwei Chenxiang pills could improve anxiety like behavior in PTSD rat models to a certain degree.
