针灸治疗更年期失眠RCT国内文献质量评价

摘　　要：目的:客观评价针灸治疗更年期失眠的RCT随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial RCT)的国内报告质量。方法:在中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据知识服务平台等数据库以“更年期”“围绝经期”“绝经前后诸证”“经断前后诸证”“绝经综合征”并且“针灸”“针刺”“针”为主题词进行检索,检索日期为2000年1月至2019年1月,参考Consort声明、Jadad量表等制定质量评价表,提取纳入文献的信息,并进行评价。结果:共纳入62篇文献,正确使用随机分组方法者有28篇,实施盲法者有2篇,进行组间均衡性比较者有56篇,有明确诊断标准者有40篇,同时具有纳入、排除标准者有35篇,提及不良反应者有10篇,进行随访者有6篇。结论:虽然关于针灸治疗更年期失眠的RCT文献数量呈逐年上升的趋势,但是文献质量还有待提高。Objective:To objectively assess the quality of domestic report on RCT of acupuncture in treating menopausal insomnia.Methods:“Menopause”“perimenopause”“premenopausal and postmenopausal syndromes”“menopausal syndrome”and“acupuncture”“needling”“needle”were chosen as the subject words and searched in CNKI,VIP database and Wanfang data and others,and the retrieval date was from January,2000 to January,2019,quality evaluation form was formulated with reference to Consort statement,Jadad scale and others,to ex‐tract the information included in the literature and perform the evaluation.Results:A total of 62 articles were in‐cluded,including 28 articles that correctly used the random grouping method,2 articles that implemented the blind method,56 articles that compared the balance between groups,40 articles with clear diagnostic criteria,35 articles with inclusion and exclusion criteria,10 articles that mentioned adverse reactions and 6 articles that were followed up.Conclusion:Although the number of RCT literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of meno‐pausal insomnia is increasing year by year,the quality of the literature needs to be improved.
