中西医结合治疗对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者肺功能的影响。方法:选取稳定期COPD患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予对症常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合使用益肺活血颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗前后肺功能相关指标、改良英国医学研究理事会呼吸困难指数(modified British medical research council,mMRC)和圣·乔治呼吸问卷(St.George’s respiratory questionnaire,SGRD)评分的变化情况,评价其用药安全性。结果:治疗后观察组肺功能相关指标、mMRC评分及SGRQ评分均较对照组显著改善(P<0.05);两组治疗期间未见红斑、丘疹、皮肤瘙痒等过敏反应。结论:西医常规治疗联合益肺活血颗粒治疗稳定期COPD,可改善患者肺功能,缓解呼吸困难症状,提高生活质量,无明显不良反应。Objective:To explore the effects of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on pulmonary function in stable COPD patients.Methods:Eighty patients were selected and randomized into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group accepted symptomatic routine treatment,and the observation group took lung-benefiting blood-activating granules based on the routine treatment.To compare the changes of pulmonary function related indexes before and after treating between both groups,mMRC,SGRD scores,and assess its medcation safety.Results:After treating,pulmonary function related indexes,mMRC scores and SGRQ scores of the observation group improved more notably compared with these of the control group(P<0.05);No allergic reaction such as erythema,papule and pruritus in the two groups occur during therapeutic period.Conclusion:Conventional Western medicine and lung-benefiting blood-activating granules in treating stable COPD could improve lung function,relieve dyspnea,raise quality of life without notable adverse reaction.
