骨伤科辨病分组护理对临床治疗结果的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析骨伤科辨病分组护理对临床治疗结果的影响。方法:选取骨伤科患者164例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组82例。对照组给予骨伤科常规护理,观察组给予骨伤科辨病分组护理。比较两组临床治疗效果、疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果:护理后,治疗总有效率观察组[97.56%(80/82)]高于对照组[89.02%(73/82)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后7、14天,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale/score,VAS)较护理前明显降低,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05),且与对照组同期比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度观察组[95.12%(78/82)]高于对照组[84.15%(69/82)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨病分组护理有助于提高骨伤科患者的治疗效果,减轻疼痛程度,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the effects of nursing grouping according to diseases differentiation on clinical therapeutic outcome.Methods:All 164 patients were chosen and allocated to the control group and the observation group,82 cases in each group.The control group accepted conventional nursing methods of the department of orthopedics and traumatology,and the observation group nursing grouping according to diseases differentiation.To compare clinical therapeutic effects,pain degrees and the patients’nursing satisfaction degrees between both groups.Results:After nursing,total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%(80/82),higher than 89.02%(73/82)of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05);VAS scores of the observation group reduced at the seventh day and 14th day after nursing compared with these before nursing,the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05),VAS scores lowered notably compared with the scores of the control group synchronically,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was 95.12%(78/82),higher than 84.15%(69/82)of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing grouping according to diseases differentiation could help raise clinical therapeutic outcome,relieve the pain degrees and lift nursing satisfaction degree.
