基于主观体感环境舒适度的居住小区景观偏好研究 --以北京为例

摘　　要：人的体感环境舒适度不仅反映在客观生理层面的环境参数物理量上,还源自与长期生活地域气候相关的主观心理层面的环境舒适度基本经验。本研究以北京为例,选取四处典型城市居住小区,通过代表性人群调查问卷的方法,分析和阐释典型景观元素及不同景观特征区域的主观环境舒适度差异。研究表明:①居住小区附属绿地的植物和水体景观元素是影响绿地环境舒适度主观评价结果的最主要因素;②乔草型植物群落区域(景观类型)被认为具有最优的绿地环境舒适度。本研究结果是源于定量数据的客观评价研究的必要补充,也为以人的需求为本的、符合地域特征的功能型城市绿地规划设计实践提供基本依据。The environmental comfort degree of human body feeling originates not only from the physical parameters of its objective physiological level,but also from the basic experience of environmental comfort degree of subjective psychological level related to long-term living area and local climate.This paper takes Beijing as an example,selects 4 typical urban residential communities,and analyzes and interprets typical landscape elements and the subjective environmental comfort differences of different landscape feature areas through the method of representative population survey questionnaires.The study shows:①The planting and water landscape in the communities are the main facts influencing the subjective evaluation results of the environmental comfort of green space.②The tree-grass plant community area(landscape type)is considered to be the most comfortable area.The result of this research is a necessary supplement to the objective evaluation research derived from quantitative data,and it also provides a basic basis for the planning and design practice of functional urban green space based on human needs and in line with regional characteristics.
