摘　　要：目的:探讨术中护理对穹窿部微小结膜切口斜视手术患儿睡眠的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月泉州市儿童医院收治的穹窿部微小结膜切口斜视手术患儿90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理组)和观察组(术中护理组),每组45例。比较2组护理质量评分及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]评分。结果:观察组的护理质量评分显著高于对照组,PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术中护理在穹窿部微小结膜切口斜视手术患儿中的实施效果较好,可显著改善患儿的睡眠质量及护理质量。Objective:To explore the influence of intraoperative nursing for sleep of children with strabismus by microconjugation incision in fornix.Methods:A total of 90 children with strabismus who underwent the operation of small conjunctival incision in fornix in Children′s Hospital of Quanzhou City from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into control group(routine nursing group)and observation group(intraoperative nursing group)with 45 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The nursing quality score and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]score of two groups were compared.Results:The the nursing quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the PSQI score was significantly lower than that of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of intraoperative nursing for sleep of children with strabismus by microconjugation incision in fornix is better,and it can significantly improve the sleepquality and nursing quality.
