急诊呼吸机阶段性治疗急危重症患者的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究急诊呼吸机阶段性治疗急危重症患者的临床效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的危重症患者90例作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=46)。对照组采用常规呼吸支持治疗,观察组采用急诊呼吸机阶段性治疗,比较2组的治疗效果,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评估急危重症患者治疗前后的睡眠质量。结果:观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组的PSQI评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急危重症患者采用急诊呼吸机阶段性治疗可有效提高患者的睡眠质量,且治疗效果显著,疗效确切,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the influence of emergency ventilator staged treatment on the clinical effect and sleep quality of patients with acute and critical illness.Methods:A total of 90 patients with acute and critical illness admitted to The Third People′s Hospital of Bengbu from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects,and were divide into a control group(n=44)and an observation group(n=46)according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with conventional respiratory support therapy,and the observation group was given emergency ventilator staged treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to assess the sleep quality of patients with acute and critical illness before and after the intervention.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in PSQI scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The emergency ventilator staged treatment for patients with acute and critical illness can effectively improve the sleep quality.The treatment effect is remarkable and the curative effect is definite.It is worthy of promotion and application.
