薰衣草芳香疗法结合齐拉西酮对精神分裂症缓解期患者认知功能及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨薰衣草芳香疗法结合齐拉西酮对精神分裂症缓解期患者认知功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年8月至2020年12月广东省江门市新会区第三人民医院收治的精神分裂症缓解期患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予齐拉西酮进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,给予薰衣草芳香疗法,采用里弗米德行为记忆测验量表(RBMT)、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)比较2组患者的认知功能改善情况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表比较2组患者睡眠质量的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组MMSE、RBMT、MoCA评分均高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组PSQI评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:薰衣草芳香疗法结合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症缓解期的患者,可有效提高患者认知功能,改善睡眠质量,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To investigate the effects of lavender aromatherapy combined with ziprasidone on cognitive function and sleep quality in patients with schizophrenia in remission period.Methods:A total of 82 schizophrenic patients in remission period admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Xinhui District from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research objects,and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ziprasidone,and the observation group was given lavender aromatherapy based on the treatment of the control group.Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test(RBMT),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)were used to compare the improvement of cognitive function of the patients in the two groups.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality of the patients in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the MMSE,RBMT and MoCA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).The PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lavender aromatherapy combined with ziprasidone can effectively improve the cognitive function and sleep quality of patients with schizophrenia in remission period,which is worthy of clinical application.
