摘  要:提出了一种适合于卫星电源系统应用的电池单体电压采集电路,其能够支持任意节电池串联。核心电路为电压映射电路,此电路利用变压器将每节单体电压映射到统一的电平,去除了原始单体电压带有的高共模特性,从而方便用多路选择器和模数转换器直接对多个单体的电压进行采集。并且该电路拓扑具有模块化的特点,只需要根据电池串联节数增减电压映射电路的数量即可。经仿真和实验验证,此电路对电池单体电压的采集误差小于3 mV,能够满足绝大多数电池管理系统的需求。A modulated cell voltage acquisition circuit,which was suitable for satellite power supply system,was proposed.It could support any battery in series.The core circuit was voltage converting circuit,where the transformer was used to converting the cell voltage with different level into a common level.As a result,the high common mode characteristic of the original cell voltage is eliMinated and the voltage of multiple cells can be directly sampling by multiplexer and analog-to-digital converter.Moreover,the circuit topology has the characteristics of modularization.It only needs to increase or decrease the number of voltage converting circuits according to the number of cells in series.The simulation and experimental results show that the acquisition error of single battery voltage is less than 3 mV,which can meet the requirements of most battery management systems.
