摘 要:基于高频链DC/AC变换器的全桥有源钳位电路可以有效解决电路中的过压和震荡问题,全桥有源钳位电路一般采用单项正弦波脉宽同步调制方式(SPWM),但该方法对驱动电路要求较高,其在脉宽较窄时,易发生脉冲丢失。针对该问题,采用了一种移相同步调制策略,钳位电路开关管的驱动均为50%的方波信号,并可以实现主电路ZVS软开关。分析了钳位电路移相同步调制策略及主电路软开关原理,仿真和实验验证了所用方法的正确性。High frequency link DC/AC converter based on full-bridge active clamp circuit could effectively solve the problems of overvoltage and oscillation in the circuit.The full-bridge active clamp circuit generally adopted SPWM pulse width synchronous modulation,but this method had requirements on the driving circuit,which was prone to pulse loss when the pulse width was narrow.To solve this problem,a phase-shifting synchronous modulation strategy was adopted.The driver signal of the switch of the clamp circuit was 50%square wave,and the ZVS of main circuit could be realized.The phase shifted modulation strategy of clamp circuit and the main circuit soft switch principle were analyzed.The correctness of the method was verified by simulation and experiment.
