摘 要:电池产品在设计阶段非常重视结构的力学性能以及质量指标。利用ANSYS Workbench软件对一种热电池结构进行力学性能仿真评估,对出现的应力集中问题进行有限元分析与验证,找出设计薄弱环节,然后对结构进行了优化。采用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行优化分析,给出结构设计的优化参数,提出了电池结构优化设计中应注意的问题。During the design stage,great attention is paid to the Mechanical Properties and weight index of the structure.An optimal design method of thermal battery structure was studied,the mechanical performance of the battery structure was simulated and evaluated by ANSYS Workbench software,and the stress concentration problem was analyzed and verified by finite element method.The weaknesses of the design was identified,and the structure was optimized.The ANSYS Workbench software was used to optimize the design of the battery,the parameters of the structure design were given,and the problems that should be paid attention to in the structure design of the battery were proposed.
