摘 要:大渡河流域水电站多处于高山峡谷,地质及水文复杂,设备及生产过程中风险点较多。通过对水电站长期运行数据深入分析,构建灾害发生的预测模型、应急风险预测模型及应急辅助决策模型,为应急指挥工作提供人员安排、物资配备、预防措施等辅助支撑,以数据推动应急处置能力提升,降低设备财产损失,减少设备停电时间,确保电站安全稳定运行和防止事故扩大。Most hydropower stations in Dadu River Basin are located in high mountain valleys with complex geological and hydrological conditions,thus of various risks in the equipment and production process.Based on the in-depth analysis of the long-term operation data of the station,an auxiliary decision-making system for production emergency commanding is developed,in which the disaster prediction model,emergency risk prediction model and emergency auxiliary decision-making model are built.It can provide auxiliary supports such as manpower arrangement,material allocation and preventive measures for the emergency commanding.With the data driven technology,the system can effectively improve the emergency response capacity,reduce the equipment and property loss,reduce the power failure time of equipment,ensure the safe and stable operation of the station and prevent the expansion of accidents.
