摘  要:为实现乌东德、白鹤滩梯级电站的远方集中监控,保障顺利投产,提高协同性与联合调度能力,在传统自动化监控与水调自动化系统的基础上,建设了“水电一体”的综合自动化系统。系统以功能需求为出发点,按“调控一体化”、“水电合一”、“全监全控”的调度模式设计建设。随着乌东德电站的蓄水发电,该系统已正式投运,取得了良好效果。To realize the remote centralized monitoring and control of Wudongde-Baihetan Cascade Hydropower Stations,and ensure their smooth operation and improve their coordination and joint dispatching capability,an integrated automation system of water-power integration is developed based on the traditional automatic monitoring system and reservoir dispatching automation system.Starting from the functional requirements,the system is designed and constructed according to the dispatching modes of integrated dispatching,water-power integration and comprehensive monitoring and control.With the water impoundment and power generation of Wudongde Hydropower Plant,the system has been officially put into operation and satisfactory performance is achieved.
