基于“未病先防,既病防变,瘥后防复”理论探讨疫病的中医防治

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)作为当前全球性的急性呼吸道传染病,属于中医“疫病”范畴。中医在几千年的防疫历史中积累了丰富的经验并形成了具有中医特色的理论体系。“未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复”的理论始终指导着整个防疫过程。中国在防治COVID-19方面灵活运用该理论,未罹病者做好科学有效的预防工作;罹病者积极使用中医中药以避邪深入、祛邪于外;病愈者使用中医中药扶助正气、防止复发,取得了较好的效果。COVID-19,the global acute respiratory infectious disease,belongs to the category of"epidemic″disease in TCM.TCM has accumulated rich experience of epidemic prevention for thousands of years and formed TCM-featured theoretical system.The theory of″prevention before change,disease prevention before change,relapse after recovery″has always guided the whole course of epidemic prevention.China has flexibly used the theory in the aspects of preventing and treating COVID-19,healthy people made scientific and effective prevention work in advance;the infected patients positively used TCM to avoid the penetration of the pathogenetic factor and eliminate the pathogen;the recovered people adopted TCM to enhance healthy Qi,and prevent the relapse,which could obtain better effects.
