黄连化浊方联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病合并血脂异常临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察黄连化浊方联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并血脂异常的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将肥胖型2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者76例随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例。治疗组予黄连化浊方联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组予二甲双胍治疗。共治疗16周,观察治疗前后两组患者体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbAlc)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2hPG)、胰岛素(INSan)、血C肽(C-P)、β细胞功能指数(HBCI)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、脂联素(adiponectin,APN)变化情况及不良反应。结果:治疗组降糖、降脂及减轻体质量的效果优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄连化浊方联合二甲双胍能降低肥胖型T2DM合并血脂异常患者血糖、血脂,减轻体质量,效果优于单纯二甲双胍治疗。Objective:To observe clinical effects and the safety of Huanglian turbidity-resolving prescription and metformin in the treatment for obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with dyslipidemia.Methods:All 76 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group,38 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated by Huanglian turbidity-resolving prescription and metformin,and the control group took metformin.To observe the changes of BMI,HbA1c,FPG,2hPG,INS,C-P,HOMAβ,TC,TG and APN and adverse reaction in both groups before and after treating after they were treated for 16 weeks.Results:The effects of lowering blood glucose,blood lipid and body mass in the treatment group were superior to these of the control gorup,and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05);the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups in adverse reaction(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huanglian turbidity-resolving prescription combined with metformin could lower the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid in the patients,reduce body mass,and the effects are superior to these of only metformin.
