夏枯草汤联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压病的效果及对CysC、ET-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察夏枯草汤联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压病的效果及对胱抑素C(cystatin C,CysC)、内皮素1(endothelin 1,ET-1)水平的影响。方法:将老年高血压病患者100例按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各50例。对照组采用氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予夏枯草汤治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后血压与血清CysC、ET-1变化情况。结果:两组患者血压治疗前后及治疗3、6个月后组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后CysC及ET-1水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为45%,高于对照组的38%(P<0.05)。结论:夏枯草汤联合氨氯地平能有效提高老年高血压病的临床疗效,降低患者CysC与ET-1水平。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Xiakucao decoction and amlodipine in treating senile hypertension and its influence on the levels of CysC and ET-1.Methods:All 100 patients with senile hypertension were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with amlodipine,and the observation group took Xiakucao decoction based on the therapy the control group accepted.To observe clinical effects,blood pressure,the changes of serum CysC and ET-1 before and after treating between both groups.Results:The difference had statistical meaning in blood pressure before treating,three months and six months after treatment between both groups(P<0.05);the levels of CysC and ET-1 in both groups after treating were lower than these before treating(P<0.05),the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);Total effective rate of the observation group was 45%,higher than 38%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiakucao decoction and amlodipine could effectively raise clinical effects in treating senile hypertension,it could reduce the levels of CysC and ET-1.
