摘 要:在广泛收集、吸取国内外单轨建设经验的基础上,根据跨座式单轨交通的特性及设计特点,结合芜湖跨座式轨道交通1号线、2号线在建轨道梁桥设计、施工情况,通过研究跨座式轨道交通连续刚构PC轨道梁桥的曲线半径、墩梁刚度分配、基础刚度、基础沉降、合龙温度及温差等关键设计参数,比选分析其对结构内力影响值,明确其对结构的影响因子,优化结构参数取值,并对连续刚构桥进行经济性比选分析。研究表明,连续刚构PC轨道梁综合造价指标较简支梁体系减少约15%,在城市单轨交通中具有较好的适用性。Based on extensive information collection of straddle monorail projects,key design parameters were determined based on Wuhu monorail line 1 and 2 design,construction experiences.Considering the curve radius for the bridge,stiffness assignment of the girder and pier,foundation strength,bridge closing and temperature difference,internal stress influence indicators were studied and optimized.Moreover,the economic comparison and selection analysis of the continuous rigid frame bridge was carried out,the comprehensive cost index was about 15%less than that of the rail girder bridge with the simply supported beam.The conclusion was made that the continuous rigid PC track beam have better adaptability compared with the simply supported beam.
