摘 要:为解决轻型跨座式单轨正线载客道岔适用性等问题,提出一种单轨道岔设计方法,并用此方法设计出跨座式单轨换梁型R=100 m道岔。首先通过研究文献,选择合适的未被平衡离心加速度和未被平衡的离心加速度增量,结合运能情况,选择道岔半径为100 m,非载客速度为29 km/h,离心加速度为0.65 m/s^(2);载客速度为23 km/h,离心加速度为0.42 m/s^(2),离心加速度增量为0.3 m/s3,可满足规范要求和项目需要。另外,选择旋转作为道岔梁的运动方式,建立模型并利用有限元对结构强度进行计算,再根据计算结果调整结构。最后通过试验,检测道岔梁强度、刚度、挠度等,从而验证道岔性能。In order to solve the problem that there was no switch could be used for main line with passengers for the light straddle monorail,this paper presented a design method of monorail switch,and a straddle monorail R=100 m substituted switch which was designed by the method.Firstly,the appropriate unbalanced centrifugal acceleration and the increment of the unbalanced centrifugal acceleration were selected through the research literature.Combined with the transport capacity,the radius of switch was 100 m,which could meet the requirements of the specification and project.The centrifugal acceleration of the switch was 0.65 m/s^(2) at the rate of 29 km/h without passenger,and centrifugal acceleration was 0.42 m/s^(2) and centrifugal acceleration increment was 0.3 m/s3 at 23 km/h speed with the passenger.In addition,the rotation mechanism was selected as the movement mode of switch beam.The model was established and the strength of the structure was calculated by finite element.Furthermore,the structure was adjusted according to the calculation results.Finally,the strength,stiffness and deflection of the switch beam were tested to verify the performance of the switch.
