摘 要:为满足连续刚构PC轨道梁检测计算分析需求,采用微软公司Visual Studio 2019 C#编程技术进行软件开发,设计了软件的主要功能模块,推导各项检测指标的数学模型和计算方法,并通过实际项目验证软件算法的正确性。研究表明,所开发的跨座式单轨交通轨道梁检测分析软件具有成品轨道梁检测数据分析计算、轨道梁线形检测数据分析计算功能,可完善和优化连续刚构PC轨道梁检测分析内容和精度指标,加强轨道梁制作、架设以及验收检测过程中各个环节控制测量数据的精度把控。In order to meet the requirements for the detection calculation and analysis of the continuous rigid frame PC track beam,Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 C#programming technology was adopted to develop the software.The main functional modules of the software were designed,the mathematical model and calculation method of each detection indexes were derived;and the correctness of the software algorithm was verified by a practical project.Results show that the developed straddle type monorail track beam detection and analysis software could be used for the calculation of finished track beam and track beam linear detection.The software could optimize the detection and analysis content and precision indexes of continuous rigid frame PC track beam,and improve the precision control in the measurement data of the corresponding links during the production,construction and acceptance test of the track beam.
