摘 要:为了研究保护气体和预热温度对紫铜焊接质量的影响,对5 mm厚的T2-Y紫铜采用熔化极气体保护焊进行焊接试验,并分析其焊接接头微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,焊缝中心处为粗大的柱状晶形貌,而热影响区为典型的孪晶组织,每组焊接工艺下焊接接头的抗拉强度均能满足工程使用要求;不进行焊前预热、采用保护气体为70%Ar+30%He制备的焊接接头适合在100℃条件下服役;预热400℃、采用保护气体为70%Ar+30%He制备的焊接接头冲击功最高。In order to study the effects of protective gas and preheating temperature on the welding quality of red copper,the welding test of T2-Y red copper with 5 mm thickness was carried out by gas metal arc welding,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were analyzed.The results show that the center of the weld is coarse columnar crystal,and the heat affected zone is typical twin structure.The tensile strength of the welded joint under each welding process can meet the engineering requirements.The welded joint prepared without preheating before welding and with protective gas of 70%Ar+30% He is suitable for service at 100℃.The impact energy of welded joint prepared by preheating 400℃ and protective gas of 70% Ar+30% He is the highest.
