摘  要:针对连续油管井下作业工具液压丢手的断裂失效问题,通过理化检验、断口分析等检测手段对断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,丢手工具断裂失效主要是由于H2S应力腐蚀导致,氢的浸入使得材料塑性、韧性急剧下降,由于材料硬度偏高,在含硫腐蚀环境中服役,同时在拉伸应力和应力集中的作用下,导致了丢手断裂失效。建议作业单位重视井下工具的选材、防护、检测及全寿命管理,避免油气开采过程中作业工具失效的问题。Aiming at the fracture failure of coiled tubing downhole operation hydraulic releasing tool,the fracture cause is analyzed by means of physical and chemical inspection and fracture analysis.The results show that the releasing fracture failure is mainly caused by hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion.The immersion of hydrogen makes the plasticity and toughness of the material drop sharply.Due to the high hardness of the material,working in sulfur-containing corrosive medium,and the existence of external tensile stress and stress concerntration,the hydraulic releasing fracture failure is caused by combination of the three.It is suggested that the selection,protection,detection and life-cycle management of downhole tools should be focused,and the faliture of operation tools in the process of oil and gas production should be avoided.
