摘  要:以S22053 Φ89 mm×6 mm双相不锈钢管为例介绍了钨极氩弧自动焊工艺,该工艺可实现周向360°不间断焊接,通过采用多层多道焊、控制层间温度等措施,保证焊接质量。对焊接接头进行外观检测、无损检测、力学性能试验、有害间相检测、铁素体含量检测、抗氯化物应力腐蚀开裂试验,试验结果均能满足标准要求。结果表明,采用钨极氩弧自动焊工艺可确保双相不锈钢管接头的焊接质量,降低焊工劳动强度,减少焊接过程中的停顿,提高施工效率。Take S22053 Φ89 mm×6 mm duplex stainless steel pipe as an example,the tungsten argon arc automatic welding process is introduced.This process can realize 360°circumferential uninterrupted welding.The welding quality is guaranteed by adopting multi-layer and multi-pass welding and controlling interlayer temperature.Appearance inspection,nondestructive testing,mechanical property test,detrimental intermetallic phase detecting,ferrite content test and chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance test are carried out on the welded joints.The test results can meet the standard requirements.The results show that the tungsten argon arc automatic welding process can ensure the welding quality of duplex stainless steels,reduce the labor intensity of welders,reduce the pause in the welding process,and improve the construction efficiency.
