摘　　要：为了控制某项目成品油罐区6台07MnNiMoDR钢丙烯低温球罐的焊接质量,分析了球罐组对、焊接过程中焊接质量的影响因素,通过焊接工艺评定试验确定了合理的焊接工艺参数。球罐焊接完成后,对焊缝进行MT、UT以及TOFD检测。检测结果显示,6台球罐焊接一次合格率均达到98%以上;对与球罐同条件、同工艺焊接的产品试板进行力学性能试验,结果均满足标准要求。证明了采用合理的焊接工艺严格控制影响焊接质量因素,以保证07MnNiMoDR钢丙烯低温球罐焊接质量的可行性。In order to control the welding quality of six 07MnNiMoDR steel propylene low temperature spherical tanks in the product oil tank farm of oil refining integration project,by analyzing the influence factors of welding quality during assembly and welding of spherical tanks,reasonable welding process is used to strictly control the factors affecting welding quality.MT,UT and TOFD tests were performed on the welds after the spherical tanks are welded.The results show that the first pass rates of 6 spherical tanks are more than 98%.The mechanical properties of the product test plate welded with the spherical tank under the same conditions and process are tested.The test results show that the mechanical properties of the spherical tank welds meet the standard requirements.It is proved that it is feasible to adopt reasonable welding process and strictly control the factors affecting the welding quality to ensure the welding quality of 07MnNiMoDR steel propylene low temperature spherical tanks.
