摘  要:为了研究油气输送管道防腐层阴极剥离的影响因素,对导致阴极剥离的内在因素、外在因素、阴极保护电位和使用环境等方面进行了分析。结果表明,涂层的原有缺陷或服役过程中的损伤会诱发阴极剥离;阴极保护装置不能作为长期的防腐蚀手段进行使用,在定期的DCVG检测过程中发现的漏点,应及时开挖修复,才能杜绝因阴极保护电流导致的涂层大面积剥离现象;使用环境中的含水量、土壤酸碱度及环境温度都会不同程度的影响涂层剥离速率。In order to study the influencing factors of cathodic disbondment of anti-corrosion of oil and gas transmission pipeline,the internal and external factors,cathodic protection potential and service environment leading to cathodic disbondment are analyzed.The results show that the original defects of the coating or the damage during service will induce cathodic disbondment.The cathodic protection device cannot be used as a long-term anti-corrosion means.The leakage points found in the regular DCVG detection process shall be repaired in time to eliminate the large-area disbondment of the coating caused by the cathodic protection current.The water content in the service environment,soil pH and ambient temperature will affect the coating disbondment rate in varying degrees.
