摘  要:对分离自正红树种子内生真菌污斑拟盘多毛孢(Pestalotiopsis foedans)进行了次生代谢产物及生物活性研究。通过多种分离纯化方法(常规硅胶柱层析、凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱层析、制备薄层层析等)和现代波谱学技术(紫外、核磁共振技术)分离鉴定了5个化合物结构,分别为:1,2-bis(3-indolyl)ethane(1),3-indolylethanol(2),adenosine(3),Uridine(4),Inosine(5)。对化合物进行卤虫致死活性测试,结果表明化合物1和5在浓度为100μg/mL时对卤虫的致死率分别为53.1%和36.7%。Cultivation of the endophytic fungus Pestalotiopsis foedans,which was isolated from the seed of Rhizophora apiculata sample,afforded five compounds.These compounds were isolated by repeated column chromatography on silica gel,RP-18,Sephadex LH-20,preparative thin layer chromatography as well as recrystallization.These structures were elucidated mainly based on the analysis of the UV,1D and 2D NMR as 1,2-bis(3-indolyl)ethane(1),3-indolylethanol(2),adenosine(3),Uridine(4),Inosine(5).In brine shrimp lethality activity assay,compounds 1 and 5 exhibited moderate brine shrimp lethality activity with lethality rate of 53.1% and 36.7%,at a concentration level of 100μg/mL,respectively.
