摘 要:本文研究了以废料硫化钡为原料采用硫酸钡副盐法制备高浓度硫化钠溶液工艺的过程特性,考察了90℃水中硫化钡的溶解时间、溶解效率、硫酸钠与硫化钡反应时间等因素对硫化钠和硫酸钡产率的影响。用能谱和XRD分析了制备的硫酸钡纯度,结果显示,硫酸钡的纯度大于98%,达工业硫酸钡合格产品;经过浓缩,溶液中硫化钠浓度可达12%~15%。试验结果对产品生产工艺设计与改进具有指导意义。The process characteristics of preparing high concentration sodium sulfide solution with waste barium sulfide as raw material by barium sulfate by-salt method were studied.The effects of dissolution time,dissolution efficiency and reaction time of sodium sulfate and barium sulfide in water at 90℃ on the yield of sodium sulfide and barium sulfate were investigated.The purity of barium sulfate was analyzed by energy spectrum and XRD.The results show that the purity of barium sulfate is more than 98%,which is up to the standard product of industrial barium sulfate.After concentration,the concentration of sodium sulfide in the solution can reach 12%~15%.The test results are of guiding significance for the design and improvement of production process.
