摘  要:二氧化钛具有优良的化学、物理和光学性能,广泛用于涂料、汽车、塑料、化纤等行业。已成无机化工产品中三种最大销售值商品之一。本文以年产能8万吨金红石型二氧化钛的生产能力为研究对象,分别从生产方案、生产规模、工艺技术方案选取、原辅料的供给、公用工程、节能、环保、投资估算等方面进行了详细的工程分析。结果表明:氯化法生产金红石型二氧化钛符合国家产业政策。建成后,可有效缓解国内市场高档钛白粉供应紧张的现状。工程投产后,具有良好经济效益,抗风险能力强。Titanium Dioxide has excellent chemical,physical and optical properties,widely used in coatings,automobiles,plastics,chemical fiber and other industries,has become one of the three largest inorganic chemical products in sales value.In this paper,the production capacity of rutile type titanium dioxide with an annual capacity of 80,000 tons is taken as the research object,the detailed engineering research is carried out from the production scale,selection of technological plan,supply of raw and auxiliary materials,public engineering,energy saving,environmental protection,investment estimation,fund raising,etc.The results show that the production of rutile titanium dioxide by chlorination is in line with the national industrial policy and can effectively alleviate the shortage of high-grade titanium dioxide in domestic market.
