摘　　要：采用"(改性预处理-管式超滤)+两级DT+树脂吸附"组合工艺深度处理垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液厌氧出水,中试实验结果表明:混凝沉淀-管式超滤单元运行稳定,且能有效去除污水中的悬浮物,降低浊度,对COD的去除率41.8%,对总硬的去除率28.1%;DTRO单元运行压力上涨平稳,污染物去除率高,其中COD、氨氮去除率分别达99.2%、99.2%;该组合工艺系统稳定可靠,出水COD 25 mg/L、氨氮1.6 mg/L,满足城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)中一级A标准,是一种可行的工艺。The process of"(modified pretreatment-tubular ultrafiltration)+two-stage DT+resin adsorption"is adopted to treat the leachate of incineration power plant.The results of pilot-scale experiments showed the system of coagulation sedimentation coupled by tubular membrane can operate stably.In addition suspended solids from sewage was removed efficiently and turbidity was decreased.After that,the removal rate of Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD)was 41.8%,and the removal rate of total hardness was 28.1%.At last the effluent of combination process meets influent requirements of DTRO equipment.Thus,the DTRO operation pressure rised steadily and pollutant removal rate was high.The removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen reached 99.2% and 99.2% respectively.In the end,the process system was stable and reliable with effluent COD of 25 mg/L and ammonia nitrogen of 1.6 mg/L,which reaches the standard of the pollutant discharge standard for urban sewage treatment plant(GB18918-2002).In A word,the process system is practical and feasible.
