摘 要:本文从苏州市各行政区(姑苏、工业园区、高新区、相城区、吴中区、吴江区)对主要市政污水处理厂的设计规模、日处理规模、能耗、工艺占比、污泥排放量等方面做了较详细的分析,能够较清楚的了解苏州市区市政污水处理厂的每日设计规模为207万吨,处理负荷约为77%。苏州市污水处理平均能耗0.43 kwh/吨,产泥量平均约在7.5吨污泥/万吨水,处理工艺对能耗及产泥率影响较大。本文为苏州市污水处理后续相关咨询、规划、建设、运行提供相关参考。This article analyzes the design scale,daily treatment scale,energy consumption,treatment process,and sludge discharge of sewage treatment plants from all districts of Suzhou(Gusu District,Industrial Park,National new and high-tech Industrial Development Zone District,Xiangcheng District,Wuzhong District,and Wujiang District).It can be clearly understood that the daily design scale of the municipal sewage treatment plant in Suzhou urban area is 2.07 million tons,and the processing load is about 77%.The average energy consumption of sewage treatment in Suzhou is 0.43 kwh/ton,and the average output of sludge is about 7.5 tons of sludge/10,000 tons of water.The treatment process has a great impact on energy consumption and sludge production.This article provides relevant references for the follow-up consultation,planning,construction,and operation of sewage treatment in Suzhou.
