摘　　要：通过分析关于重整装置仪表设计工作中涉及的温度、压力、物位、液位、流量、阀门等仪表易疏漏之处,以及分析现场施工可能出现的较大问题,结合实际工程项目经验给出解决办法,为减少现场变更单数量,降低总体成本,为进一步提高设计质量起一定的指导作用。Through the analysis of the temperature,pressure,material/liquid level,flow,valve and other instruments easy to leak in the instrument design work of reforming unit,as well as the larger problems that may appear in the field construction,combined with the actual project experience,the solution is given,in order to reduce the number of on-site change orders,reduce the overall cost,and play a guiding role in further improving the design quality.
