塔顶注水除盐系统在渣油加氢的应用

摘  要:某石化公司300万吨/年渣油加氢装置由于进料原料中存在氮、氯等多种杂质,这些杂质经过加氢反应后生成氨盐,在低温的汽提塔顶析出导致管线持续出现腐蚀问题。通过增上汽提塔顶除盐系统能够将塔顶回流油中的氨盐脱除,减少盐类在塔内的积累,减缓塔顶馏出线的腐蚀,且除盐系统油水分离效果良好,注水混合后能够有效地将油水分离。There are many impurities such as nitrogen and chlorine in the feedstock of a 300 million ton/year residue hydrotreating unit of a petrochemical company,the corrosion problem of the pipeline is caused by the precipitation on the top of the stripper at low temperature.The desalting system at the top of the stripping tower can remove the ammonia salt from the reflux oil at the top of the tower,reduce the accumulation of salt in the tower,and slow down the corrosion of the top distillation line,water injection can effectively separate oil and water after mixing.
