摘  要:通过对DL/T502.25-2006中全铁测定(磺基水杨酸分光光度法)中分析方法的改进,确定了显色剂的浓度为10%磺基水杨酸,用量为2.5 mL;缓冲溶液为10%氨水溶液和1%氢氧化钠溶液的混合液,用量为2.5 mL。用1 cm比色皿在λ=425 nm处测量溶液中铁离子的浓度,铁离子浓度在0~4.0mg/L范围内与溶液显色后的吸光度成线性关系,相关系数r=0.9998。测量实际水样与原子吸收方法对比结果满意,加标回收率在97%~103%之间。Through the modification of the analytical method of total Iron(the Sulfosalicylic Acid Spectrophotometry)according to DL/T502.25-2006,the developer was determined,which was 10%sulfosalicylic acid,and the dosage was 2.5 mL;The buffer solution was the mixture of 10%ammonia water solution and 1%sodium hydroxide solution,and the dosage was 2.5 mL.When measured the iron concentration with 1 cm cuvette under the wavelength of 425 nm,the iron concentration had linear relationship with the absorbance after the solution appeared colour in the range of 0~4.0 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient r was 0.9998.Compared with the atom absorption spectrometry,the results of the real water samples using this method were satisfactory,and the recoveries were between 97%and 103%.
