摘  要:介绍了某大型锌冶炼厂烟气制酸装置的方案选择、工艺流程、主要设备、设计特点及运行情况。该工程锌冶炼规模为300 kt/a,采用2台152 m^(2)焙烧炉,与之配套的制酸装置采用双系列,单系列装置的硫酸产量为290 kt/a。制酸净化采用绝热蒸发、稀酸洗涤流程,并采用高分子DBA除汞技术去除烟气中的汞,转化采用“3+1”两次转化、ⅢⅠ-ⅣⅡ换热流程,干吸采用一级干燥、二级吸收、泵后冷却、泵后串酸流程,尾气脱硫采用双氧水脱硫工艺。装置投产后运行正常,满足锌冶炼系统生产要求,针对装置投产后出现的问题进行分析,对制酸装置进行消缺后主要指标均达到或超过设计值,成品酸品质达到国家标准一等品的要求,排放尾气中二氧化硫质量浓度小于100 mg/m^(3)。Process selection,process flow,main equipments,design features and operation conditions of a sulphuric acid plant in a large zinc smelter are introduced.Zinc smelting scale of the project is 300 kt/a,while two 152 m^(2) roasters are utilized for zinc smelting and two series of acid-making system are correspondingly built,with a capacity of 290 kt/a for each set.Process of adiabatic evaporation,dilute acid-scrubbing cleaning is selected for gas cleaning,and polymer DBA technology is introduced for mercury removal in the gas.“3+1”double conversion,ⅢⅠ-ⅣⅡheat exchange process is selected for conversion,single-stage drying and two-stage adsorption is used with acid-cooling and acid-exchange after pumps,hydrogen peroxide desulfurization process is used for tail gas treatment.The acid plant operated normally after putting into operation and meet the requirement of zinc smelting.Few problems appeared during the acid plant operation are analyzed.After that some defects of the plant is eliminated,and then the main indicators can reach or exceed the design value.The quality of the product acid can reach the first grade of the national standard,SO_(2) concentration is less than 100 mg/m^(3) in discharged gas.
