摘　　要：介绍了铜陵市华兴化工有限公司3套循环水系统存在问题及解决措施。循环水水质存在电导率高、硬度高、碱度高和浊度高等问题,严重影响了换热设备的使用效率和生产的稳定运行。采用旁滤+电化学工艺处理循环水,设备投用1个月后,循环水电导率、总硬度、总碱度和浊度指标明显下降,达到预期改造目的。The existing problems and solutions of three sets of circulating water systems in Tongling Huaxing Chemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The circulating water quality has the problems of high conductivity,high hardness,high alkalinity and high turbidity,which seriously affects the service efficiency of heat exchange equipment and the stable operation of production.The circulating water is treated by side filtration and electrochemical process.After the equipment is put into operation for one month,the indexes of conductivity,total hardness,total alkalinity and turbidity of circulating water are significantly reduced to achieve the expected transformation purpose.
