摘  要:介绍了常规酸性废水处理工艺及存在问题。金川集团股份有限公司镍冶炼厂针对传统酸性废水处理工艺的不足,采用酸性废水综合治理回用技术,包括硫化氢合成、硫化净化、污酸浓缩、氟氯吹脱、混酸等工序,回收酸性废水中的硫资源生产硫酸,混酸后产品酸质量达到GB/T 534—2014《工业硫酸》一等品指标,排放尾气各项指标均满足环保要求,创造直接经济效益约798万元/a。The conventional acid wastewater treatment process and existing problems are introduced.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional acid wastewater treatment process,the nickel smelter of Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.adopts the comprehensive treatment and reuse technology of acid wastewater,including hydrogen sulfide synthesis,sulfide purification,waste acid concentration,fluorine and chlorine blowing off,acid mixing and other processes to recover the sulfur resources in acid wastewater and produce sulphuric acid.After acid mixing,the acid quality of the product reaches the first-class index of GB/T 534-2014 Sulphuric acid for industrial use.All indicators of tail gas emission meet the requirements of environmental protection,creating direct economic benefits of about 7.98 million yuan/a.
