摘 要:对双氧水脱硫装置与超重力尾气处理系统在环境效益、经济效益、操作等方面进行了对比分析,并提出了双氧水脱硫装置的优化建议。双氧水脱硫装置的尾气处理效果明显好于超重力尾气处理系统,排放尾气中ρ(SO_(2))由34.7 mg/m^(3)降低到3.8 mg/m^(3),尘(ρ)由9.0 mg/m^(3)降低到1.2 mg/m^(3),硫酸雾(ρ)由28.1 mg/m^(3)降低到0.6 mg/m^(3);双氧水脱硫装置的运行费用增加18.55万元/a,但仍有降低物耗的潜力。提高双氧水脱硫装置的自动化水平,实现循环稀硫酸中双氧水浓度的精确控制,有利于降低运行成本和控制设备发生腐蚀的风险。The environmental benefits,economic benefits and operation of hydrogen peroxide desulfurization unit and high gravity tail gas treatment system are compared and analyzed,and the optimization suggestions of hydrogen peroxide desulfurization unit are put forward.The tail gas treatment effect of hydrogen peroxide desulfurization unit is obviously better than that of high gravity tail gas treatment system,theρ(SO_(2))is reduced from 34.7 mg/m^(3) to 3.8 mg/m^(3),the mass concentration of dust is reduced from 9.0 mg/m^(3) to 1.2 mg/m^(3),and the mass concentration of sulphuric acid mist is reduced from 28.1 mg/m^(3) to 0.6 mg/m^(3).The annual operation cost of hydrogen peroxide desulfurization unit increases by 185500 yuan/a,but it still has the potential to reduce material consumption.Improving the automation level of hydrogen peroxide desulfurization unit and realizing the accurate control of hydrogen peroxide concentration in circulating dilute sulphuric acid is conducive to reducing operation cost and controlling the risk of equipment corrosion.
